The remaining amount of the rent will be paid directly to the owner: cash
Check in from 02:00pm(arrivals between 08:00pm and midnight, 30 euros extra charge, after midnights 50 euros extra charge)
Check out before 10:00 am(departure between 00:00am an 08:00am 35 euros extra charge)
Where to pick up the keys: at the apartment
Water, gas, electricity:included
A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE TAKEN 250 EUROS
